Refund Policy

  • If you start a dispute in PayPal, it may result in a ban.
  • We do not accept requests for refunds for payments made using cryptocurrency, pix, or boleto.
  • Refunds may only be issued if the subscription has not been activated or if there are technical issues, and it is within the first 3 days of purchasing the subscription.
  • The refund may not be for the full amount as there may be fees involved.
